About Asian Paints Apex Ultima Protek
Apex Ultima Protek is Asian Paints' top-end exterior paint. It uses Graphene-powered Home Lamination and an Elastomeric Armour to give exterior walls a tough, flexible protective layer.
It's meant for homeowners who want the best protection their outer walls can get, especially houses that face heavy rain, strong sun and temperature swings — conditions Dehradun walls see every year between the monsoon and winter.
Because it's a premium system, it's worth pairing with proper crack repair and a good exterior primer so the paint can do its job.

How to apply
Wash off dust, algae and loose paint and let the wall dry completely. Repair cracks, then apply one coat of exterior primer followed by two coats of paint with a brush or roller. Avoid painting just before rain or on a wet wall — in Dehradun, plan exterior work outside the July–September monsoon where possible.
