Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at [EMAIL] or +91 97560 13501 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns within [X] days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Paint products that have been opened or tinted cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-tinted paints, opened containers, and used tools/hardware are not eligible for return unless found defective on delivery.
