About Asian Paints Apex Ultima Stretch
Apex Ultima Stretch is a luxury exterior paint built to handle hairline cracks. Its film stretches with the wall, so small cracks that open and close with temperature are less likely to show through.
It also uses PU Serum technology and offers dust-proof and UV protection, keeping the colour looking clean and fresh for longer.
That makes it a good fit for older houses in Dehradun, where years of monsoon rain and winter cold leave fine cracks in exterior plaster.

How to apply
Wash off dust, algae and loose paint and let the wall dry completely. Repair cracks, then apply one coat of exterior primer followed by two coats of paint with a brush or roller. Avoid painting just before rain or on a wet wall — in Dehradun, plan exterior work outside the July–September monsoon where possible.
