About Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof Superflex
SmartCare Damp Proof Superflex is a high-performance elastomeric waterproofing coating with crack-bridging protection and a heat-reflective finish. It's designed for exterior walls.
Its stretchy film moves with the wall to cover fine cracks, so rainwater can't seep in and cause damp patches inside.
The heat-reflective finish also helps reduce surface heat on sun-facing walls, which is useful for homes that face harsh afternoon sun in the summer.

How to apply
Clean the surface of dust, moss and loose material and repair cracks first. Apply the coating with a brush or roller in the number of coats specified on the pack, letting each coat dry before the next. Don't apply in rain or on a surface that's still wet.
How it compares
Superflex is made for exterior walls, with a heat-reflective finish. SmartCare Damp Proof and Damp Proof Xtreme are better suited to terraces.
