About Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra
SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra is a premium PU (polyurethane) hybrid waterproofing membrane from Asian Paints. It's built for the strongest crack-bridging in the SmartCare range.
It's designed for terraces and vertical surfaces where cracks are wider or the structure moves more, such as older roofs and slabs exposed to strong sun.
If your terrace has leaked through a standard coating before, a PU hybrid membrane is the upgrade to consider.

How to apply
Clean the surface of dust, moss and loose material and repair cracks first. Apply the coating with a brush or roller in the number of coats specified on the pack, letting each coat dry before the next. Don't apply in rain or on a surface that's still wet.
How it compares
Damp Proof Ultra uses a PU hybrid for the strongest crack-bridging. Damp Proof Xtreme focuses on heavy rain and water pressure on terraces, and the standard Damp Proof is the economical option.
