About Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof Xtreme
SmartCare Damp Proof Xtreme is Asian Paints' heavy-duty terrace waterproofing coating. It's built to protect against extreme rain and standing water pressure, using a Triple Flex-Armour layer.
Flat roofs where water collects after a storm, or terraces with poor drainage, put coatings under constant pressure. Xtreme is designed for exactly those conditions.
Dehradun gets some of the heaviest monsoon rainfall in north India, so terraces here benefit from the toughest protection.
Key features
- Triple Flex-Armour layer technology
- Built for extreme rain and water pressure
- For terraces and flat roofs
How to apply
Clean the surface of dust, moss and loose material and repair cracks first. Apply the coating with a brush or roller in the number of coats specified on the pack, letting each coat dry before the next. Don't apply in rain or on a surface that's still wet.
How it compares
Damp Proof Xtreme is the heavy-duty terrace option. Damp Proof Ultra offers the strongest crack-bridging, and standard Damp Proof is the economical choice.
